On-line Test and Certification

On-line testing is not currently available. If you are interested in meeting the Nebraska Quality Assurance requirements for livestock exhibitors, please see your county extension office. The following guidelines apply to testing in the Nebraska 4-H Assuring Quality program.

  1. Testing is available for youth ages 12 and over.
  2. Youth ages 12 to 14 will take "Intermediate Level" tests.
  3. Youth ages 15 and over will take "Senior Level" tests.
  4. Passing is considered 70%.
  5. Tests are NOT open book.
  6. If the test is not passed the first time, youth may take the test more than once.
  7. Answers to all questions can be found in the references listed below.
  8. Youth will only see the results of the test, they will not take the tests home.
  9. Once a youth has passed the test, he/she does not need to retake a test until the move to the next level. In other words, a 12 year old that passes the test is done until he/she turns 15.
  10. Practice tests are available on this website.
