Print off the food pyramid worksheet.. 2) Keep a food record of what
you eat for one day. Some foods that you eat may be in more than one food group.
Write the foods in the correct spot on the Food Pyramid. Think about the serving
size when you record your foods. For combination foods like pizza, decide which
food groups they fit into best. For example, a slice of pizza could provide a
serving in both the Milk, Cheese and Yogurt group and the Bread, Cereal, Rice
and Pasta group. 3) Count the number of servings for each group and
record it at the bottom of the worksheet. 4)
