Be physically active each day -
A general guide for adults is to do 30 minutes

or every day. Children and youth should work toward
60 minutes of physical activity on most days.

on a variety of grains, fruits, and vegetables. |

Choose a variety of
grains daily, especially whole grains - include
several servings of whole grain foods daily, such

Choose a variety of
fruits and vegetables daily - enjoy a minimum
of 5 a day. Make it fun, choose a variety of different
colored fruits and vegetables. |
