Submarine Sandwich

1 Sandwich

Ingredients  
 

6-8 inch hoagie roll, cut in half
6 slices favorite lunch meat, cut in half
2 slices American cheese, cut in half
3 slices tomato
3-4 slices dill pickle
½ cup lettuce, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian dressing
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

   
Equipment  
  Cutting board
Slicing knife
Knife for spreading
  1. Use the cutting board and slicing knife to cut meat and cheese.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on each half of the hoagie roll.
  3. Place overlapping layers of lunch meat and cheese on the bottom of the roll
  4. Add tomato, pickle slices and chopped lettuce
  5. Sprinkle Italian dressing over all and close top of the sandwich.
