Easy Spaghetti

Ingredients  
 

1 pound ground beef
2 ½ cups water
15-oz can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried crushed oregano
½ teaspoon dried crushed basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 ounces of uncooked spagetti

   
Equipment  
  3-quart sauce pan and lid
Mixing spoon
Can opener
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
  1. Break up the ground beef into the saucepan and place on stove. Turn burner to medium heat.
  2. Cook the meat until no pink color is left. Stir the meat as you cook it.
  3. Remove the extra fat that has cooked out of the meat with a spoon.
  4. Add water, tomato sauce, onion, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder and pepper into the meat.
  5. Cook the mixture until it is bubbly.
  6. Break spaghetti in half and add to the cooking pan.
  7. Turn the burner to low and put the lid on the pan.
  8. While spaghetti cooks, stir often with a spoon. Cook for about 30 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender. Turn the burner off and serve.
