Click and type your age in the circle next to Please enter
your age.
2) Click in a circle to choose how active you are.
3) Click to choose your gender.
4) Click on the NEXT button to continue.

Click on the breakfast, lunch or dinner tab. A yellow outline
will appear around the meal box. Menu items will be added to the
meal which has the yellow outline.
6) Click on one of the following categories; main dishes,
side dishes, drinks or dessert.
7) Click to choose menu items from each category. Click
on the arrow to see more choices. You can choose up to 5 menu
items for each meal.
8) When you have added menu items to each meal, click on
Evaluate. A graph will display with an evaluation of your
menu and how well you do according to the food pyramid.
